Reserve Material Information

  • Complete a row for any Reserve Material type: Books/Media, Book Chapters, Journal Articles, and/or Digital Files.
  • Leave a table blank if you do not want to put any items of that type on reserve.
  • Press the "+ Add more" icon to add additional rows to a particular table.
  • Up to 10 entries can be entered for a single Reserve material type. Additional items can be added via the "Add Materials to Existing Request form".

Books/Media

** Note: The Call Number column is required only when Property of="CSULB"

  • Valid file extensions: doc, docx, pdf, ppt, pptx, txt, xls, and xlsx.
  • Max upload limit of 10 MB for entire request.
  • Please contact the Library Reserves Staff to process other file types or larger files manually.

Once you press Submit Request, you will receive a confirmation email and the Library Reserves Staff will receive your request.
You will receive an email as items you requested are successfully put on Reserve.
